Welcome to Powell Middle School, home of the Cubs! As part of Park County School District #1, we are driven by excellence and dedicated to serving your children in education. Our sixth through eighth grade students live in Powell, Wyoming.

A Message from Our Principal

Our goal at Powell Middle School is to create an environment in which students can grow and develop academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. In keeping with that, we offer opportunities to meet student needs and interests in academics, sports, and exploratory classes. We invite you to take advantage of the opportunities we have available this year.

Communication between the school and home is essential in educational success. Expect teachers to communicate with you regularly, and be sure to check out our website often. We’ll frequently post news and announcements. Also, consider how you can get involved or volunteer this year at the school.
